I like playing and watching tennis. I noticed that when a certain technique is used when serving, a topspin on the tennis ball is created.
The website www.unc.edu describes topspin as a ball "hit by sliding the racquet up and over the ball as it is struck."
This causes difficulty for the returning player as the ball travels much faster. It makes it hard for the returning player to hit the ball back effectively because the player must change the direction of the spin, which requires more energy. Topspin is a popular strategy used by many tennis players from high school to professional levels.

Johnny .B. and Ashley Navarro In baseball physics is used alot for example when the pitcher pitches the ball the ball it coming at a faster rate then it was pitched meaning it makes it harder for the batter to hit making the batter use more energy in his body to swing the bat will his whole body.
What some people don't know is that the force the bull exerts on the rider is the same as the force the rider exerts back on the bull. The difference is that the bull is about ten times the size of the rider, so that's ten times the acceleration. The speed the bull is bucking and the time in between bucks effects the force and speed the bull rider hits the ground when he gets bucked off.
A man demonstrates how to set urself up when spiking a volleyball. He gives the basic steps needed to learn how to spike a volleyball. Physics is found in this sport as well as any other sport. When the person is setting themselves up for the position they use a good amount of enery as when they spike the ball.
